i am starting the dissertation on money and what makes it a nice thing to have.
Why hunt for money? Isnt it a merely superficial possession that drives people to evil, avarice, and self centered shallow lives?
Well, personally, I believe you can achieve all of the above with or without money.
No, what I think is that money is a good thing to have around and developping the skill to attract it and keep it are good skills to have.
Gary Keller wrote one of my favorite investing books. The link is provided next door. "Millionaire Real Estate Investor". He has a special section devoted to this topic and I will summarize some of his notions.
